A plan you make. A person you trust.

You don’t have to figure everything out at once. Start with the things that matter most to you.

1

Choose your person

Ask a friend or family member you trust to help if you can’t be there.

2

Write down the basics

Who to call. Who needs care. What needs to be taken care of.

3

Share your plan

Keep it somewhere safe. Make sure your person knows how to find it.

What can I put in my plan?

People to contact, care for children and pets, bills and rent, and what to do with your belongings. Start with what you know. You can add more later.

Who will see my information?

You choose who you share your completed plan with. We do not collect or store your answers. The website counts visits without storing names or form answers.

Who is behind this project?

The One To One Project was started by John Savarese, a Waltham neighbor who wanted to help friends prepare for the unexpected. It is a free community project, not a government program. It is apolitical and does not take a position on who should or should not be deported.

Is this legal advice?

No. This form helps you organize everyday information. It does not replace legal advice or give someone legal authority to act for you. Translations may contain errors.
